Apologies if this question has already been raised.I sold an item, a book, on ebay and sent the item 2nd class postage as stated on my ebay ad. I obtained a proof of postage (as I always do) but the buyer has not received the book.What should I do? I don't have the book anymore and I can prove that I posted it. Do I offer a refund or accept that they will be unhappy and ride it out. I have 100% feedback and don't want anything negetive but I don't know what more I could have done.Has anyone had any similar experiences?Thanks in advance for your help.Michelle
