Hi,I recently bought an item and paid through paypal.On the item description the buyer wrote he will ship with Royal mail parcel. When paying through paypal, apart from stating my home address, I even left a note (through paypal) to the seller to send it to my home address.However, the seller has not used Royal mail and has sent it to a collect shop to pick up, obviously because it is cheaper, about 2 miles from where I live. I am disabled though and cannot go and pick it up. Wasn't he supposed to sent it to my home address anyway? What can I do???
