I have an item that remains uncollected after 8 days from the buyer winning the item. He has paid through paypal but has made no arrangements for collection and just replies to my emails saying he will get back to me. I Where do I stand with a dispute if he has paid for the item? Would I be able to send his money back minus the ebay fees?
