I posted an item to a winning bidder on the 10/9/09, he claims he still hasnt received it yet others posted on the same day have. it is 12 days now since io posted it and i have proof of posting. He is now saying I should claim off the post office. I thought it was the buyer who claimed... Can anyone help me in this as to what i should do??????????????
