Hi, have had a message from a buyer that the item i sent them got delivered to the wrong address and it has been returned to Royal Mail (their neighbour received the card from royal mail). Stupidly, i did not put a return address on the item. assuming i won't have much luck with royal mail in getting the parcel back. I don't know if royal mail will try and deliver again. should i wait a certain amount of time before refunding the buyer? Item sent first class. Thanks
