hi there i sold an item last sunday posted it on tuesday and then the guy moaned he has not got it yet....i looked at the tracking number and saw it was still sat in the main bedford sorting office due to postal strikes, it should arrive with him tomorrow, but as he wanted it for yesterday (only found out today) he is black mailing me with my feed back if i don't give him a full refund and pay for his return postage....what should i do?
