Hi, buyer won one of my items (costs about 15 pounds incl postage)and posted a postal order to me but has not been arrived. (I usually accept payment through Paypal only but he said he's got some problem with Paypal at the mo)I know sellers are liable when posted items are missing but what about missing payment from buyer? Will the buyers be responsible in gaining a proof of posting and claim from RM or can they start an unreceived item dispute and sellers have to be out of pocket?Would be great if I could get some advice.
