Buyer says items not arrived, feedback says they claimed several times

I have sold an item and the buyer is saying ts not arrived. I've told them to wait the 15 days then contact me again but I am sure they will say it still hasn't arrived.Looking through their feedback, I can see at least 5 comments saying "lost in post, full refund given" or "replacement item sent". Is it just me or are they trying it on and is there anything I can do about it ?I've got proof of postage not that that seems to mean much and the item wasn't of any value.Any opinions would be appreciatedThanks
