joys POOR SERVICE!!!!

what q very poor company this is, please report to watchdog and trading standards. the more people who get together and complain perhaps something will be done.


we received a faulty machine, sent it back. the same machine was returned and the same fault returned soon after.we returned it wanting a full refund as stated, only to be told that they then wanted the free gift. FREE GIFT my a***. so this was returned. after numerous emails, letters and phone calls we got a refund MINUS THE POSTAGE AND MINUS THE THREAD WE USED IN TRYING OUT THEIR FAULTY MACHINE.


i donot have the words for what i want to call this company and if i did they would be unprintable.
