Just want to share my experience of buying Blackberry Devices through eBay...
DO NOT Purchase unless your seller can assure you that the Device has NEVER EVER Been registered for mobile Email.
Once the PIN/IMEI has been registered by someone else and an account created on for the device then you CAN NOT re-register the Blackberry device again...according to T-Mobile UK.
You will in this instance need the previous owner to forward the account details for the device once you buy it. And then you have to be on the same network as the previous owner...ie if its set-up on T-Mobile you will need to switch to T-Mobile...if its on Vodafone then you will need to take out a contract wit Vodafone.
