recently ebay member reecebecca purchased an item from me, my methods of payment were paypal only, they email to say there account isnt working can they send postal order which i agreed. payment was sent and item sent out by special delivary and tracking number sent, buyer didnt sign for item so it was sent back to royal mail and R/M said card was put through door but reecebecca says different and insisted that I had not sent item out, over the course of the week I recieved several abusive
