I have already had a partial answer to this in "First Time Buying", but now need more advice. We have now resolved the issue of the item the buyer bid for by mistake. But she is now returning the dinner plates because she says the glaze was badly worn and "gouged out". I described them as "used" and "with the usual cutlery marks", and an enlargement of my photo clearly shows marks on the surface. I therefore feel that my listing was accurate. She only paid
